The buildings are set in the rural area of Boughton Monchelsea, southern Maidstone.
The proposed design is of a high quality and will provide a positive contribution to the area.
The proposal sought to enhance and create a positve impact on the existing landscape creating a more inviting environment for wildlife and of course the residents themselves.
The appearance of the proposed buildings are inspired by the local kentish vernacular and are mindful to the surrounding dwellings and features.
