gdm was commissioned to review the long and contentious planning history of a proposed development for this site and achieve a permission for bespoke residential scheme. The approved proposal is a combination of a refurbished substantial house, converted into two semi-detached properties, together with a block of apartments and a separate linear block of flats. The scheme includes a full working rear garden constructed over a semi-basement car park and a green roof to the flats. The mixture of traditional and modern design approach breaks up the mass of the development and provides a quality residential scheme in a select area.
