Located in Cliftonville, this site is approximately 0.83 acres and sits amongst varying residential properties. The site was formerly used as a garage, workshop, car park and car dealership and contains large commercial sheds which supported the business. The client wished to develop new homes on the site and after several iterations, 34 flats and 3 houses have been proposed, with the flats sited and accessed at the front of the site and the houses from the rear.

The flats are provided over 4 floors, including a ground floor which is divided by an undercroft access. Two and three bed apartments have been designed and each has access to outside space either through a private or Juliet balcony or the communal garden.

The scheme has been designed to take inspiration from the local architecture, whilst still being contemporary in nature and improves the street frontage along the road, which is surrounded by other residential properties. New green amenity space will be provided within the site as well as parking for residents.
