An existing industrial unit with a distinctive curved wall needed renovation having been built in the 1960’s. The external façade has been replaced and the existing service yard was extended to provide access to a wider range of commercial vehicles, including articulated lorries. This has enabled it to be marketed to a wider range of end users. A new mezzanine floor was also developed to offer further usable space.
