Masterplanning

A greenfield site for 333 new houses for private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent gdm masterplanned the scheme and provided both the detailed planning and construction stage services for this phased development. The homes comprise a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed terraced, semi and detached timber framed houses of a traditional style. Each phase being designed to create its own sustainable neighbourhood within the overall scheme.
