gdm provided technical delivery for this scheme of 53 houses in Lenham, near Maidstone. The units are being delivered for rental and shared ownership and will be managed by a housing association upon completion. Several non material amendments have been successfully submitted to the local council, including adjustments to the tiles and bricks originally approved.
