45 homes have been designed on a 2.88 Ha greenfield site in Matfield, Tonbridge. The scheme, named Rosewood Place, features units are a mix of three to five bed homes, 40% of which are affordable housing for rent and shared ownership. Bespoke internal layouts have been designed which offer flexible living accommodation. An example includes a bedroom which can be adapted into a home office if required.
