Verulam Point is located in the centre of St Albans and was constructed in 1991. Verulam Point offers a variety of office spaces across 4 floors.

We provided technical designs for the refurbishment of the fourth floor to provide a high quality contemporary finish that also meets the desire of the client to hit net zero. New collaboration spaces including meeting and activity rooms are being provided as well as a ‘refresh area’ and wellbeing room.
